Acreages, farms and rural homes

Country living, city-treated water

Cistern fills for acreages and farms west of Edmonton, on a schedule that keeps up with your household.

What we fill

Fresh, treated water for every tank on the property

Skip the sulphur-smelling well water that stains clothes and fixtures. Do laundry, dishes, baths and flush without counting.

  • Home cisterns
  • Farm storage tanks
  • Swimming pools
  • Hot tubs
  • Ice rinks, backyard and community
  • Driveway sanding on steep or icy driveways

If summer had a soundtrack, it’d start with ‘Marco…’ Fill or top up your pool and hot tub with clean, clear water, so you’re not playing Marco Polo in last year’s puddle. Let the good times flow.

Regular delivery

Set a schedule and stop guessing

Water always seems to run out on a weekend, when no trucks are free. A set schedule fixes that.

Before

  • Guessing how much is left, or waiting for the last 12 inches
  • Long showers or surprise guests run it dry
  • Phoning in a hurry and waiting for an opening

After

  • Delivery every 2 to 4 weeks, at the frequency you choose
  • Predictable, steady fills and no more guessing
  • Optional card on file, or a prepaid balance drawn down each delivery

Thinking of hauling your own? That’s a bit like Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire (opens Spotify in a new tab): sounds like a good idea until you realize you’re getting burned. See the side-by-side comparison (current site, opens in a new tab).

How it works

From first call to full cistern

  1. Request a delivery

Text, call or send the form a day or two ahead. We get the details on property access and where your cistern is.

  2. Prepare the property

Gate unlocked, dogs secured, driveway plowed and clear of overhanging branches. Indoor cistern? Be home to watch the level.

  3. Relax

A friendly, experienced driver fills your cistern when scheduled. Pay by e-transfer, direct deposit, credit card or a prepaid balance. Receipts provided.

How we keep your water safe

  • Certified potable water, hauled only from AHS approved filling stations.
  • Every month the province tests water samples from our tanks and hoses.
  • Aluminum tanks and equipment are sanitized regularly, and hoses stay sealed in transport.
  • Your receipt shows which station your water came from.
  • Fully insured, with trucks kept in good repair so they don’t leak oil on your driveway or site.
  • We source from the approved station closest to you, so we aren’t burning extra diesel.

What our customers say

Reviews from Google

We have been getting our water hauled from West Imperial for about 5 years or so now, and could not be happier! We've had a regular delivery schedule since we started and they've never been late once. They have even stepped up when on occasion we've needed an unscheduled delivery usually within 24 hours! Drivers are friendly and efficient, hats off to Cody and his crew!

We love this company. We’ve been in a pickle a couple of times where our water has completely run out. Cody has always done his best to “rescue” us on short notice. He’s very accommodating and a quick and empathetic communicator. Thank you!

Questions

Your questions, answered

Text or call (587) 206-4746, or send the form. Call a day or two ahead to get on the schedule. Before your first delivery we go over property access and where your cistern pipe is.

24/7 emergency response available, please inquire with the emergency request form. Regular customers get priority. New or one-time customers pay an emergency dispatch fee, and deliveries outside business hours carry an extra fee.

Availability depends on weather and seasonal demand. Cody handles the schedule: text or call and he will tell you when we can get a load out to you.

We charge by the full load and keep pricing fair. Text or call Cody for a quote.

Our oversized aluminum tanks hold 3,300 imperial gallons (15,000 litres). Most home cisterns hold 3,000 to 3,500 gallons (11,000 to 13,250 litres), so one load covers even a dry tank.

Only if your cistern is indoors, so you can watch the fill level. For outdoor cisterns we just need access:

  • Gate open
  • Dogs secured
  • Driveway plowed and clear of low branches that could scratch the tanks

Yes. Pick a frequency or ask us for advice. Most regular customers choose every 2 to 4 weeks.

It is most noticeable in spring, when higher chlorine levels are used to manage runoff. The water is always fresh and the province tests samples from our tanks and hoses every month. Your receipt lists the station your water came from, so for quality questions you can contact EPCOR.

Our drivers fill tanks and cisterns only. We can deliver bulk water for irrigation if you have the equipment to spread it.

E-transfer, direct deposit, cheque, cash, Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. You can also prepay a lump sum and draw it down with each delivery, or keep a card on file.

We never say never. Tell us what you have in mind. Deliveries outside business hours carry an extra fee.

Reliable water delivery, so you can stress a whole lot less.

One-time fill or a set schedule. Text or call Cody and get on the calendar.
