I trained at Mount Royal College in 2006 and 2007 and started my first mobile massage company soon after.

In 2010 I competed in figure bodybuilding. That taught me a lot about nutrition and fitness, and it shaped how I think about nutrition and fitness. I focus on muscle-centric health: nutrition, protein, sleep, stress, movement and self-care.

I bring massage to your door in Calgary, and I offer online consults.
