A $50 deposit reserves your session. It comes back in full if you cancel with 24 hours notice.

How do I get started?
Book your free 15-minute Peace of Mind intake call. We talk about your needs, your concerns and any health considerations. Then we schedule your massage at a time that suits you.
How much does a mobile massage cost?
Pricing includes travel, set-up and taxes, so there is no math at the door. Outside the Calgary city limits, add $1 per kilometre each way. Ask for the current rates when you book your intake call.
How do I prepare my space?
Pick a quiet, clean spot where a massage table fits. A living room works well, and a bedroom is not preferred. Your therapist handles the rest, including set-up, linens and clean-up. Please keep pets in another room while the gear goes in and out.
What if I have a medical condition or an injury?
You fill out an intake form before your first visit and share anything that matters. That keeps your session safe and suited to you. If you are unsure whether massage is right for you, check with your doctor first. Massage therapy does not diagnose or treat disease.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
No. You get a detailed receipt to claim on your health benefits. Ask your benefits provider what it covers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and your deposit comes back in full. Same-day cancellations are charged a $50 fee.
Is tipping expected?
No. Tips are always appreciated and never expected.
How do you keep things clean?
Equipment and surfaces are disinfected between sessions, and every client gets fresh linens.
Can I book a massage as a gift?
Yes. Ask about gift cards when you get in touch.
