Online health consultations

Online health consults, minus the jargon

Sixty minutes on Zoom to talk through what your body is telling you and what to try next. Guidance and second opinions, so you can make informed choices.

Next, we find a time for a free 15-minute Peace of Mind call. A 60-minute consult is $100.

What we can talk about

Bring a question, leave with a next step

Movement optimization

Work out where you are stuck and what to do about it. Practical guidance on movement, posture and muscle health.

Nutrition and muscle-centric health

Protein, sleep, stress, movement and self-care, pulled together into a plan you can live with. Includes athlete and weight loss nutrition for better health.

Hydrotherapy

Heat and cold hydrotherapy.

Making sense of blood and urine tests

Talk through blood and urine tests in plain language. If you are unsure about a condition, see your primary healthcare provider first.

BodyTalk

Ask about adding BodyTalk to your session.

Consults offer education and guidance. They do not diagnose or treat disease and do not replace care from your doctor.

The idea behind it

You make the call. You deserve the full picture.

Good care means understanding your options. A consult gives you a second opinion on your mental, physical and spiritual health, so you can take control of your own well-being.

Before your first consult

Three steps from your couch

  1. Book a free intake call

A 15-minute Peace of Mind call. Then you book.

  2. Hold your time with a deposit

A $50 deposit reserves your session and comes back in full with 24 hours notice.

  3. Join by Zoom

On the day, all you need is a Zoom link.
